Safety responsibility 安全职责:
•
Organize or participate in the formulation of safety production rules and
regulations, operating procedures, and
emergency
rescue plans for production safety accidents of the unit;
组织或者参与拟订本单位安全生产规章制度、操作规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案；
•
Organize or participate in safety production education and training of the unit,
and truthfully record the situation
of
safety production education and training;
组织或者参与本单位安全生产教育和培训，如实记录安全生产教育和培训情况；
•
Urge the implementation of safety management measures for major hazard of the
unit
督促落实本单位重大危险源的安全管理措施；
•
Organize or participate the emergency drill.
组织或者参与本单位应急救援演练；
•
Check the safety production status of the unit, promptly identify potential
production safety accidents, and propose suggestions for improving safety
production management;
检查本单位的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议；
•
Stop and correct illegal commands, forced risky operations, and violations of
operating procedures;
制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为；
•
Urge the implementation of safety production rectification measures.
督促落实本单位安全生产整改措施。

To improve the management of environment protection for ACF and related tasks.

Strengthen contractor safety management
落实承包商安全管理。
•
To assist to get related permits for existing unit and projects from
authorities.
协助取得现有工厂和项目的相关政府许可。
•
Through participating process and site check to control the HSE risk.
通过参加工艺会议和各类现场 HSE 检查来控制风险。
•
Involve the safety culture building
参与公司安全文化建设。
职位要求
化学工程或安全工程本科。
三年以上化工企业的安全管理经验
